As a bariatric dietitian, the two questions I am often asked are "Why aren't there any good eating plans?" and "Do you have any good recipes?" is focused on providing what Bariatric patients need most -meal plans customized to their preferences!  We take the guesswork out of meal planning.  Each recipe has been developed to provide 200-250 calories and 20 grams of protein.  They are full of flavor and very satisfying!  Whether you are new to weight loss surgery, looking for a way to stay on track, or just want to incorporate healthy recipes into your life, we have something for you!
I believe that success isn't just a lower number on the scale.  Being able to accept a compliment, knowing that if you slip one day it's OK, and learning how to change the negative internal monologue are all part of the journey of a bariatric patient.  It's not just important how you feed your body, it's also vital to nourish your spirit.
